Remember these lovelies that stomped down the runway on several of Gucci’s models during their Fall/Winter 2008 shows?

Yeah well, I knew it was only a matter of time before someone did a decent knock-off of these things. I just didn’t think that someone would be Bebe.

And yet, here they are. To be fair, the Bebe pair has a heel (it is Bebe people) and I’m not sure that they are over-the-knee like the Gucci pair, but they’re obviously at least inspired by Gucci. At $298 they’re still hundreds less than the Guccis.

I’ve been obsessing about little leather jackets and a pair of crazy cool heeled booties from Report Signature. Imagine my surprise when I came across this photo (obviously older pic since she’s about to burst with the biggest child ever right now) of Gwen rocking both styles together!
Now, let’s see what we can do with this look:

This is a pretty good photo of the Report Shoes I was talking about. You can get them at Zappos or Endless. I showed a Luella t-shirt with a graphic because it seemed more interesting and more current than the plain white T. Also, I showed the leggings because that’s the way Gwen styled the outfit in the photo, but I wanted to show the ombre black to gray jeans because I think this is a cool way to make this look unique and updated. These pants are actually from Wet Seal! I threw in a little bit of an edge with the metal jewelry to finish the look.

This photo of Agy inspires me to experiment more with mixing patterns. I think she does a great job of it here. The key is to use one bold print and another more subtle print. It helps, of course, if the color palette is complimentary.
Interestingly, Lindsay Lohan will be featured on the first ever cover of Korea’s Nylon Magazine. Nylon says that its Korea editors specifically asked for Lilo to be on their first cover. I guess Lindsay still has that something that sparks peoples’ interest all over the world.

Nylon is just one of those magazines that is so uber-cool, I’m almost surprised that they’d put Lindsay on a cover right now. Maybe Samantha is upping her street cred?

Another reason why I’m excited for Fall. Such a good look.
Everybody loves Marc by Marc Jacobs. Express loves the clothes so much, they decided to make their very own version for you to buy.
Here is a look from M by MJ’s Fall 08 collection:

And here is a skirt that Express just got in for Fall:

Great minds think alike? Hmmm…

I saw this red, buffalo plaid blouse with ruffle detailing and thought it was very cute, but I wondered whether it would end up being a one trick pony if I bought it. You know, the kind of piece that you only wear with that one pair of pants and your black shoes? We all have those pieces and they can become frustrating. However, the more I thought about this shirt, the more possibilities I came up with. Here are four ways that I’d wear this shirt. Oh and best of all, it’s super cheap!
Find the shirt at Forever 21. Click the pic for details on the rest.

I feel like I need to do a PSA. I know T-shirt dressing has been all the rage for awhile now, but come on people! Sofia Bush is demonstrating for us that some t-shirts were never intended to be worn sans pants. She is seriously close to exposing herself here. I can’t even imagine what it must feel like for her to sit down in a public place in this thing. Don’t you want to keep your cheeks from touching unsanitary surfaces, Sofia?
I’ve always had a thing for Bally’s shoes. The “Guniga” mary jane from the latest collection is no exception.

Here is another look. I prefer the black, but this brown is nice too.

The price of these Ballys is a little steep for me so I was excited when I saw this new shoe from Forever 21.

So cute and literally hundres of dollars less!

These studded sandals from Report have crawled right into my heart and made a new home there. I love them. I am completely devoted to them. Yeah, maybe they are slightly reminiscent of the Burberry sandals that we all lusted about a couple of seasons ago. I don’t care.
